Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed condition.
- The product must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, inserts, and documentation.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required.
Opened, used, or partially used products are not eligible for return or refund.
How to Start a Return

Return Shipping

Refunds

If approved, you may choose one of the following refund methods:
- Original payment method — Refunded to the card or payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Store credit — Issued immediately to your account and can be applied to any future purchase. Store credit does not expire.

Defective or Damaged Items
