Delivery Area
We currently ship to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to US territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses at this time.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum order required.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after your order has shipped.
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 15 business days due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, high demand periods, or weather events.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and begin once the order has been shipped, not when it is placed.
Shipping Partners
Our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners as part of an international fulfillment model. Your order may be delivered by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier depending on your location and availability.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will receive a tracking notification for each shipment. There is no additional charge for split shipments.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving the email for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays.
Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
